Hive Realty Group was founded by Ryan Schuchart, a San Antonio–based real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in residential sales, acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, and real estate operations. Before launching Hive Realty Group, I served as a Senior Institutional Disposition and Acquisition Manager with Roofstock, where I helped lead teams involved in the acquisition of more than 7,500 homes representing approximately $3 billion in residential real estate.

My career has taken me well beyond the traditional real estate transaction. I have evaluated properties, negotiated complex deals, overseen renovations, developed disposition strategies, and advised both individual and institutional clients across multiple markets. Today, I bring that experience to clients throughout San Antonio and South Texas, offering institutional-level insight with personalized, locally focused service.
